Raw Vermiculite - Terms and Conditions

1. PAYMENT: 100% advance payment by Demand Draft drawn in favour of "TAMIL NADU MINERALS LIMITED, Chennai-600 005" payable at Chennai, along with purchase order. The commission for Demand Draft has to be borne by the buyer. Cheque/Document through Bank will not be accepted.
2. SUPPLY:Ready stock. Ex-factory. Transport has to be arranged by the buyer.  Otherwise, the material will be despatched through any reliable lorry transport under freight `TO PAY' basis from our factory at:

3. SALES TAX: Extra. At present, the rate of tax is at 12% and surcharge on sales tax @ 5% (TNGST) w.e.f.1.7.2002. If Form C/D furnished along with Purchase Order, the rate of CST is at 4% for supply outside Tamil Nadu.
4. The rates are subject to revision without prior notice.
