SUPPLY OF REMAINING BLOCKS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The buyers who are interested in the purchase of remaining granite blocks from the different quarries of TAMIN, are requested to take Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) as an advance, in favour of 'Tamil Nadu Minerals Limited, Chennai - 600 005, payable at Chennai and submit the same at Head Office to issue an inspection notice to the buyer for inspection and approval of blocks at the quarry sites. The above advance will be adjusted subsequently for the approval of blocks.
   
   
2. The prices accepted are ex-quarry basis payable to TAMIN in full for remaining granite blocks supplied in an unpolished and in an unpacked condition.
   
   
3. Taxes extra as applicable from time to time. The concessional tax for the claim under Form 'C' and Form 'H' should be informed at the time of remittance of cost of blocks itself otherwise the applicable tax will be claimed.
   
   
4. The loading and transport should be arranged by the buyer. However, the loading will be arranged from the quarries operating with TAMIN machineries, a sum of Rs.150/- per cbm will be collected.
   
   
5. The cost of blocks should be remitted by Demand Draft within 2 weeks from the date of approval and if the amount not remitted within that time, the amount already paid will be automatically forfeited.
