TERMS & CONDITIONS

Direct Export:

1. PAYMENT has to be made in the form of irrevocable letter of credit in US$ equivalent to Indian Rupees payable at sight basis opened in favour of TAMIL NADU MINERALS LIMITED, CHENNAI 600 005.
   
2. TAMIN can supply the materials under Third Party Export basis by getting 100% payment in advance.
3. The first container materials will be supplied within 30 days from the date of receipt of confirmed order/L.C.
4. Orders for granite tiles are accepted on receipt of Security Deposit of a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) or equivalent sum of US$. Our Bankers' details are as follows:-
